By accessing or using the Site, booking a speaking engagement, submitting an inquiry, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Who we are & what we offer
Kiana Dixon is a personal growth advocate and speaker who offers keynote and workshop speaking, educational content, and personal “operating system” products and programs designed to help individuals build structure and systems in their lives. References to “Services” include any of the foregoing offered through the Site.
Eligibility & acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site or purchase Services. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
- Use the Site to transmit harmful, unlawful, or misleading content;
- Copy, scrape, resell, or exploit any part of the Site or its content without our written permission;

Inquiries, bookings & products
Submitting an inquiry or booking request through the Site does not create a binding engagement until confirmed by us in writing. Specific terms — including scope, fees, scheduling, deposits, cancellations, and refunds — will be set out in a separate agreement, invoice, or checkout terms applicable to that engagement or purchase. Where any such terms conflict with these Terms, the specific engagement terms control for that transaction.
Payments, where applicable, are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal. We do not store full payment card details.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, copy, frameworks, methods, designs, graphics, and the Kiana Dixon name and marks — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product or program grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own individual use.
